The Word Today focuses on the Word of God as it is applied to our life today. Each program emphasizes a phrase or word from God's Word, the Bible. The listener is not only taught about the Gospel but is also educated in the content of the Bible through a "word study" method, whereby several passages from Scripture containing the theme word are used.
